1280 X 534 res H.264 video just converted using Handbrake video converter @4000k video bitrate 160k Stereo Dolby AC3 audio
We just picked up a DVD disc of this movie a couple of days ago with 192k English and French audio tracks we thought we could use with this HD version, even if we had to retrofit., however they are seeming altogether different versions that we aren't going to be able to use to bring you a Dual language version, until we see a bluray disc offering perhaps too, with Italian additionally as well as French where we do have some interest I see.
By the way, we hope to bring you Jane Austen's adapted work of "Mansfield Park" (1999) in 1080p version with dual ENG-ITA as well as ENG-FRE later on. The non-english audio tracks are taking hours of work to retrofit into a 1080p ENG video file (there isn't a version
on the market other than straight English as yet, or so I gather). We have half the battle
over, as 50% of the non english tracks now match perfectly, and we will work on the remaining 50% of the files whenever we have time. So we may launch an English only
version to begin (with subtitles as available) depending on how long this takes to get the
other language audio tracks ready. The Spanish track we have is much shorter than the 1hr 51 minute version we will be posting for ENG-ITA and ENG-FRE when we are done,
so you folks wanting Spanish may have to settle to this point for the Xvid thats on the net.
Back to the movie at hand.
Meryl Streep gives a stunning performance as a gal of Australia (which she no doubt is
equally too I say), and this earned dear Meryl an Oscar nomination for best actress for
this movie role she carried so well I say!
Accused of killing her own 10 week old baby in some cult related sacrifice, she
fights hard to clear herself along with the many experts convened to examine the
evidence, although they are capricious as to her guilt or in fact innocence through
the movie.
Sam Neill plays her supportive husband throughout I figure.
The only comment I have about this great movie set in the great land of Australia
where the best of the British ended up in my own estimation, is that during the
movie, we see a fella in one scene watching Meryl Streep's character on TV and in response to what is going on in her responding pattern to her questioners
this fella says, "If she's lying about one thing, it would mean she may be lying about
everything, in which case she's guilty".
Seems like a bit of a cynical approach to me, some folks feign or even outright
may lie when under duress and fear for their lives, without meaning to be evil
or be guilty of a bigger crime they might be charged with. As such I say we throw
out such wisdom as this fella espouses, even though he may be right now and then
along the way, as I say we should treat each fact of the matter for what its worth
rather than "killing her off' in his mind on the matter, for not "kowtowing to his own
mindset completely" in perhaps holding something back.
We'll give you a dual language 480p (ENG-FRE) too pretty soon perhaps depending on interest, and in any event will also post a 4GB 1080p just
as soon as we have the version available to us to bring to you. Also
a 1080p ENG-ITA too no doubt in whatever sizes we then have available!
thanks for seeding for the great folks in Australia and America equally
perhaps too!

Based on the true story of Lindy Chamberlain: During a camping trip to Ayers Rock in outback Australia, she claims she witnessed a dingo taking her baby daughter, Azaria, from the family tent. Azaria's body is never found. After investigations and two public inquests, she is charged with murder. The case attracts a lot of attention, turning it into a media sideshow.
