Lucas Hood (Antony Starr), an ex-con and master thief assumes the identity of a murdered sheriff where he continues his criminal activities. His past seems to haunt him by those he betrayed years earlier. This ex-con imposes his own brand of justice where violence erupts at every turn in the not so quiet Amish town, Banshee, Pennsylvania. Torna, con la quarta e ultima stagione, Banshee, la serie targata Cinemax (la sorellina meno conosciuta di HBO) creata da David Schickler e Jonathan Topper, che racconta le vicende di un criminale (interpretato da Antony Starr) appena tornato in liberta' dopo aver scontato quindici anni di prigione a causa di una rapina finita male. L'uomo, scappati dalla vendetta del boss che aveva tentato di rapinare, finisce in una cittadina della Pennsylvania. Qui, per una serie di circostanze imprevedibili, assume l'identita' dello sceriffo appena morto, Lucas Hood. E sempre qui ritrova Ana, sua ex amante e complice nella rapina, che ha cambiato identita' ed e' ora nota come Carrie Hopewell. Al termine della terza stagione, Siobhan (Trieste Kelly Dunn), il nuovo interesse sentimentale di Lucas Hood, perde la vita brutalmente uccisa da Chayton. E' questo il momento chiave dell'intera stagione, che porta Hood a mettere in dubbio ogni sua certezza e a cercare una vendetta nei confronti dell'assassino. Vendetta che arrivera' puntuale e spietata. Sullo sfondo il vero, grande conflitto della serie, quello con Kai Proctor (Ulrich Thomsen). Con la quarta stagione vedremo la rivalita' tra Hood e Proctor portata finalmente alle estreme conseguenze?

An unnamed ex-convict assumes the identity of Lucas Hood the sheriff of Banshee, Pennsylvania, where he, behind a badge, continues his criminal activities, even as he’s hunted by the shadowy gangsters he betrayed years earlier. Resolved to leave Banshee, Lucas learns that the murder case he thought was finally closed may in fact be opening again. After a tense faceoff with Calvin and the Brotherhood, Proctor looks to finalize his deal with the Colombians. Carrie takes aim at one final act of vengeance. Brock demands allegiance from Bunker as Banshee braces for an uncertain future. Fearing for Dawson’s safety, Lucas and Brock ramp up their efforts to hunt down Bode. With the Brotherhood poised to go to war with Proctor, Kurt looks to keep Maggie safe while Calvin takes out his frustrations at the office. Job settles a score with Leo Fitzpatrick, a Camp Genoa adversary. With help from Lucas, Dawson narrows her search for Declan Bode, a Satanist “person of interest” in Banshee’s serial murders. An emboldened Calvin throws down a gauntlet to Proctor and Kurt. Carrie’s recent vigilantism ends up putting both her and Deva in peril. Dawson and Lucas scope out an S&M club in search of murder clues; Watts tests Calvin’s limits. Carrie strikes again; Bunker treads on thin ice; another grisly murder rocks Banshee.
