Buddy Valastro is a very talented baker taught by his father. Icing for blood and artistic flare he was weaned into the business his father adored. Buddy senior bought Carlos Bakery. Sadly Buddy senior past away. Keeping Carlos Bakery a family business and making it world known for fine pastries Buddy continues to honor his father.
