The collapse of Owen Pierce's trial has left the case wide open and there's still a killer on the loose, but Banks remains determined to build a watertight legal case against his prime suspect. Meanwhile, the detective gives a moving speech at his mother's funeral, and the ceremony brings him closer to his father.
