تدور احداث الفيلم في قالب ساخر، يستعرض الفيلم الأزمات التي تواجه الشعب المصري، وتحديداً معاناة الطبقات المتوسطةو الشعبية .ينتمي "هيثم دبور" أحمد مكي الى عائلة ثرية ويهتم بالأمور التافهة كالموضة والعلاقات الغرامية المتعددة، الا أنه يتعرض الى متغير في حياته و هو دخول ابوه السجن بتهمة زور فيحاول هيثم انقاذ اباه مما يدفعه إلى التحول من شخص تافه الى آخر جاد وملتزم ومتفاعل بجدية مع الحياة, و في إطار الاحداث يقع هيثم في حب "أرواح"، ابنة السائق الخاص به، وهي فتاة من منطقة شعبية.
