01 Invasion Of The Body Snatchers Remastered 1956.
Held by the police as a raving lunatic, Dr. Miles Bennell recounts to a
psychiatrist the events that have turned his life upside down. He returned to his
small town the previous Thursday, having been called back from a medical conference
by his nurse, who was being flooded with patients. He arrives to find that most
have cancelled their appointments, but the few cases he does have all have the same
story: someone close to them is acting strangely as if they had been replaced.
Consulting some of his colleagues, he finds that these types of reports have been
coming in all week and they conclude it must be some type of mass hysteria however,
when his friends Jack and Teddy Belicec show him a partly formed body they have
uncovered in their home, he begins to realize that there may be some truth to the
wild stories he has been hearing.

02 Invasion Of The Body Snatchers Remastered 1978.
In San Francisco, deputy inspector Matthew Bennell and microbiologist Elizabeth
Driscoll are friends and colleagues in the food division of the county's Department
of Public Health. One day, Elizabeth notices that her live-in dentist boyfriend,
Dr. Geoffrey Howell, is acting strangely, almost like his being has been taken over
by someone else. She begins to see this strange behaviour in many others, and
discovers Geoffrey meeting with like-behaving people she doesn't know, leading her
to believe that there is some sort of conspiracy happening. She tries to convince
Matthew that something is going on, he looking for some rational explanation into
what he also sees, in the process consulting his celebrity psychiatrist friend, Dr.
David Kibner, who attributes such behavior to something best treated in couples'
counselling. Matthew is forced to admit that something other worldly is happening
when he sees evidence of such provided to him by his struggling writer friend Jack
Bellicec and Jack's mud bath owner wife, Nancy Bellicec. Matthew not only has to
try now to convince others of what he saw but also figure out what exactly is
happening to be able to stop it. If Matthew and Elizabeth are unable to do either,
the consequence may be the human race being taken over by these other worldly
beings. In the process, they also have to learn who they can or cannot trust, as
some people may already have changed like Geoffrey without them knowing.

When Environmental Protection Agency inspector Steve Malone (Terry Kinney) travels
to a remote military base in order to check for toxic materials, he brings his
family along for the ride. After arriving at the base, his teenage daughter Marti
(Gabrielle Anwar) befriends Jean Platt (Christine Elise), daughter of the base's
commander, General Platt (R. Lee Ermey). When people at the base begin acting
strangely, Marti becomes convinced that they are slowly being replaced by plant like
aliens.
