there ever was I believe (Sir John Stuart Mill) comes to us from Knowledge Products Giants of Political thought series. They do great presentations on other notable giants of philosophical ideas throughout the ages.
I initially bought this as an mp3 download from a UK bookseller on-line years ago now

On Liberty deals with the issues surrounding free speech and in my own view
should lead us to the inescapable conclusion that merited free speech should be
a basic right in a democracy and should not be abused however as motives
and intent should count (my own view added in here for you to consider
perhaps)

I did purchase from an amazon subsidiary this title again recently and only got
files that had to be read by their downloaded software.
