On 19 February 1985, China Airlines Flight 006, a Boeing 747SP, the number four (right-side outer) engine flames out. As the crew try to restart the engine, the plane stalls and enters into a spin. The crew successfully regain control, restart the engine and land safely at San Francisco International Airport.
