Merlijn en Arthur vinden zich in de minderheid in een bargevecht, maar een raadselachtige jongeman helpt hen te winnen. De naam van de man is Gwaine en hij riskeert zijn eigen leven om Arthur te beschermen, maar tijdens zijn daad van moed is hij ernstig gewond. De Prins besluit om hem mee terug te nemen naar Camelot waar hij kann een herstelen met de hulp van Gaius. Gwaine gaatt direct aan het werk, flirt met de dames en veroorzaakt een hoop problemen voor Merlin die belast is op hem te letten. Als Echter twee gewetenloze ridders de prins willen vermoorden schiet hij wederom te hulp, zal het Merlijn en Gwaine lukken Arthur te redden

Merlin is a drama series based around the legends of the mythical wizard and his relationship with Prince Arthur.
