Julia fights with her visiting mother and urges her to take an earlier flight back home to New York. The plane crashes on takeoff. As a guilt-ridden Julia awaits word of her mother in a makeshift hospital, she pitches in to comfort another woman's dying mother. Sean and Christian also try to save victims, but Quentin isn't there. At the spa earlier, he said something to Julia that really gets under her skin.
