Pantera - Before They Were Cowboys (Live)1989 VBR eXakVO
analogkid6103
This showcases the more aggressive style which sounds, at times, closer to thrash metal (particularly on "Death Trap") rather than the glam metal style heard on the band's earlier albums; however, glam is still clearly present. Notably, Phil Anselmo makes his first appearance on vocals, having replaced original singer Terry Glaze. Guitarist Dimebag Darrell (then credited as "Diamond Darrell")amuses us all.
Power Metal has become a collectors item, with any that exist often being circulated through online auction websites such as eBay.
Well hell this is not one of those cause the old sound did not cut it for me and apparently not for you either. But the evolution of the sound was interesting enough to urge me to share this.
