Pepakura Viewer has both a 3D view area and a 2D view area. In the 3D view area, you can see the assembled model as a 3D model and view the model from any angle. In the 2D view area, the unfolded template of the model is displayed. You can print out the template with you printer. The 3D view and the 2D view are not independent, when you click a part in the 2D view, that part is highlighted in the 3D view. This feature helps you to assemble complicated paper craft models. Other features that assist in model assembly are included; arrows and ID numbers that display the connection between pairs of edges that are separated in the 2D view.
