Twelve astronauts onboard Earth's first starship, the Phaeton, are on
a ten-year expedition to search for a distant solar system. To stave off
boredom the astronauts spend time in the self-created worlds they
experience in virtual reality modules. The voyagers are faring well until
someone downloads a bug into the system-is one of them the saboteur?
