Australia is a most special place for the great people (the best of British for their particularly vibrantly
warm culture in my own view if I may say so here) that come from there. My former lovely wife Elizabeth came from there and for this reason in the main it will always be the most special place on the planet in this respect in any event.
A Department Head at the University of Toronto here is from neighboring New Zealand and I was often
in awe of his intelligence and humanistic brilliance which he displayed in our chats with a sense of
idealism I thought agreed with my own in the most profound sense. I respect his sensibilities and wish him well, although I must say I prefer the Italian genre in men to be around now, I am always fond of the
British folk that raised me and gave me some of the most important parts of my personal beliefs and
sense of belonging which will always remain loyal to what is the best of British despite my great love
additionally for the people of Italy Germany France The Netherlands (The Dutch are amazingly wise and beautiful in human matters I believe and I would never need to second guess the French either in my humble view of them too) and beyond.
This is an approx 1 hour episode by Anthony Bourdain of his visit to Melbourne and his visits among some of the people there and (knowing Anthony Bourdain) a lot of exposure of what
ethnic foods are available from others coming to this great land to partake of the pleasure there I'm sure. I might point out that Bourdains favourite place to visit is I believe Japan - so Im not
altogether convinced of his wisdom in any regard however he does have some points to make
along the way in the various episodes of this show on TV and Ive often watched marathons of his shows enjoying every minute of his trips to western areas of the planet in the main
enjoy and come visit the great people of Australia - I do love them most dearly too
